Acadata Prices and Transactions (APAT LGA)

APAT LGA uses Land Registry (LR) data from 1995 for each region, county, unitary district and London borough in England & Wales, and Registers of Scotland (RoS) data from 2003 for each local authority in Scotland. Sales volumes and average transacted by property type. Provides the average price for each property type in each LGA (but only if three properties of the same type have been sold in the month being reported). Some adjustments due to LGA boundary changes
