This dataset contains annual responses from landlords which show how they have performed against the standards and outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter. These data include aspects such as tenant satisfaction.

Data are produced on a financial year basis.At present, two datasets are available for 2013-2014 and 2014-2015

Dataset Quality

This dataset covers housing providers for the whole of Scotland. These are government administrative statistics so can be considered high quality. Errors can occur when landlords complete annual returns however a data correction policy is in place. Details of this policy are available via the Scottish Housing Regulator website

Data returns are provided by landlords to prove that they are meeting obligations set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.

Freely accessible datasets are provided for 2013-14 and 2014-15 via the Scottish Housing Regulator Website.

Government attitudes to research use of their data appear favourable.
