Code for Sustainable Homes

This data details the number of dwellings that have met design-stage and post-construction standards set out in the code for England, Wales and Northern Ireland in any quarter.
Time
The code came into operation in 2007, with the first homes awarded certificates in 2008. Data collection ceased when the code was withdrawn in March 2015 as part of the housing standards review.
