This release is a new publication that combines aspects of two existing releases: Central & local rating lists: Non-domestic rating in England & Wales' and Central and local rating lists: summary (England and Wales). The statistics provide information on the number and value of the stock of rateable properties (known as 'hereditaments'), broken down by property type, sector and geographic location

This is a new dataset which combines elements of two other prior releases - Central & local rating lists: Non-domestic rating in England & Wales' and Central and local rating lists: summary (England and Wales). Historic records of these are provided in the national archive. These statistics are available from 2009
