New dwellings starts and completion data sourced from Building Control Offices linked to the local councils via Land and Property Services (LPS). Data on homelessness sourced from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE). Residential price information derived from HMRC (see entry for Northern Ireland House Price Index). Bulletin contains statistics on starts and completions, homelessness, the Residential Property Price Index and new National House Building Council (NHBC) registered dwellings sales and prices.
