Data drawn from a number of sources to given an overview of housing statistics in Northern Ireland. Lists of all sources are supplied in appendices accessible at the DSD webpage. A compendium of housing statistics for Northern Ireland. There are 6 main sections of data which cover: Housing supply - stock, residential planning, social and private sector starts and completions, tenure, and volume of output by construction sector; Energy - central heaing by fuel type, SAP ratings, Warm Homes Scheme and Boiler Replacement Scheme; Social renting demand - NIHE rents, HA rents, homelessness, social sector waiting lists and applications, NIHE tenants on HB Private renting demand - length of residence, median rent, number of households in private rented by region/country; Owner occupier demand - Residential Property Price Index (RPPI), NHBC new dwelling sales and prices, co-ownership, lending and affordability, mortgage cases and orders - household characteristics - household projections, household type, household income, rates
