Data provided via returns to the Welsh Government from individual private landlords and letting agents via Rent Officers Wales. Rent Officers Wales is part of the Housing Policy Division of the Welsh Government. Transactional data only where rent has been paid (therefore excludes cases where housing benefit was the payment). Data based on simple averages (medians and means)
