Social Housing Stocks and Rents

Information comes from annual returns from social landlords (local authorities and RSLs). Data provides an overview of the number of dwellings, bedsits and bed-spaces owned or partly owned by Welsh social landlords (local authorities and registered social landlords) based on the stock they held as of 31st March that year.
