Social Housing Vacancies, lettings and arrears

Annual returns from local authorities and RSLs. Datasets provides information on number of social housing units rented to tenants, number of social tenants in rent arrears, and number of vacant units. Social housing vacancies by local authority area, duration (eg vacant for 6 months or more), provider, vacancy type (eg sheltered/self contained) and availability.
