This dataset contains a statistical count of the number of caravans on both authorised and unauthorised sites across England. The count takes place every January and July.

Dataset Access and Use
Tables for 2010-2015 data are available via the DCLG website. Data from 2009 can be obtained from the National Archive. The name of the dataset changed in July 2013 from the Gypsy and Traveller caravan count. This did not affect the content of the dataset.
