Dataset Access and Use

Data available to download after (free) registration but only as PDF report. Subscription is available to obtain full access to housing data (3 bands of membership). However, RICS state that they support academic research and will supply the full data set on a complementary basis (upon application)

Geography

The 5 regions used to make up the national figures are London and the South East, South West/Wales, MIdlands/East Anglia, North West/North East/Yorks and Humber and Scotland. Data from Northern Ireland is not included in the Headline figures.
